Murrells Inlet Coworking

If you’re a freelancer, remote worker, entrepreneur, or small business owner, you’ll want to hear this. My good friend, Spence Young and I decided to open up a fantastic Myrtle Beach coworking and executive center right down the street in the north end of Pawleys Island called the Litchfield Collective.

After moving to South Carolina I realized that Georgetown County, SC was missing creative space. I found a small executive office option in Georgetown, SC which had a waiting list. There wasn’t really anything in Pawleys either. That’s when Spence and I got together and decided to form the Litchfield Collective. The cool thing, the coworking aspect of it is only a small piece of the pie.

First, let’s talk about our coworking space…

We got lucky and found an office building that allowed us the ability to grow and scale quickly. Downstairs we have 2,000 sq/ft of highly creative drop-in space. Just off that space, we have a 1,400 sq/ft patio which will serve as additional coworking space for members during spring, summer, and fall months. Upstairs we have the entire 3rd floor which has around another 7,000 sq/ft of executive suites, roughly 22 of them!

This project has taken several months to build out. We renovated the entire first floor and most of the 3rd floor. It’s coming along nicely and we’re excited to be able to offer such a great space to Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island.
